Itinerary

Day 1 Arrive in Vancouver
Make your way to your hotel for one night. Spend the rest of the day exploring the city’s many attractions including Stanley Park, Granville Island and Canada Place.

Day 2 Delta – Manning Provincial Park (200 km)
Today you are picking up your motorhome and after having stocked up on groceries, it’s time to leave the city behind for the great outdoors. The landscape in Manning Provincial Park varies from lush, thick coastal growth to dry interior vegetation. It is home to a variety of wildlife such as squirrels and chipmunks, marmot and beaver, the mule deer, black bear, coyote and over 190 species of birds.

Day 3 Manning Provincial Park
The park’s pristine forests are lined with hiking trails. In the summer the many alpine meadows are carpeted with colourful wildflowers. No cell service, so you are off the radar. The perfect way to unwind and get away from it all.

Day 4 Manning Provincial Park – Penticton (180 km)
Enjoy the spectacular scenery in Manning Provincial Park as you drive through the forested valleys of the Cascade Mountains. Today ends in the warm Okanagan Valley, famous for its wineries and fruit orchards.

Day 5 Penticton
Explore the wineries on the Naramata Bench, pick fresh fruit and stroll the colourful farmers’ markets. Feeling active? Cycle the Kettle Valley Railway! Want to relax? Float the Channel and discover the two beautiful lake beaches of Skaha Lake and Okanagan Lake.

Day 6 Penticton – Revelstoke (260 km)
Follow the beautiful Okanagan Lake toward Kelowna. Make sure to visit one of the many wineries along the way and explore the cute stores and beautiful beaches in. Keep driving north and slowly enter more mountainous terrain. Explore the Monashee and Selkirk Mountains around Revelstoke. See the Revelstoke Dam, go canoeing or drive the Meadows in the Sky Parkway to the top of Mount Revelstoke for great views.

Day 7 Revelstoke – Golden (150 km)
The Trans-Canada Highway leads you past steep mountains and glaciers to Glacier National Park. Watch for mountain goats and bears along the road. Golden has some of the best rafting in Canada.

Day 8 Golden – Banff National Park (140 km)
Today you follow the steep canyons of the Kicking Horse Pass into Yoho National Park. Visit the impressive Wapta Falls and don’t miss Emerald Lake and Lake Louise.

Day 9 Banff National Park
Canada’s oldest national park is famous for its unparalleled mountain scenery and jagged mountain peaks. You have the full day to explore the park. Take the gondola up Sulphur Mountain, try the hot pools, stroll down Banff Avenue and check out the stores, visit Two Jack lake and Lake Minnewanka.

Day 10 Banff National Park – Jasper National Park (290 km)
Drive one of the most scenic roads of the world: The Icefields Parkway. Stop at Johnston Canyon, Morant’s Curve, Bow Lake and Peyto Lake. Go up onto the Athabasca Glacier, the Glacier Skywalk and marvel at the thundering Sunwapta and Athabasca Falls. Day 11 Jasper National Park
Defined by glaciers, lakes and mountains, Jasper National Park has a lot to offer! Take the Jasper SkyTram, the longest and highest in Canada, and enjoy the views. Marvel at the breath-taking scenery at Patricia Lake and Pyramid Lake or swim in the warm waters of Lake Edith and Lake Annette. Take a cruise on Maligne Lake and relax in Miette Hot Springs. Mountain lions, wolves, caribou, beaver, and bear roam freely!

Day 12 Jasper National Park – Wells Gray Provincial Park (320 km)
The Yellowhead Highway takes you through Mount Robson Provincial Park (named after the highest peak in the Canadian Rockies) and the Cariboo Mountains to Clearwater and Wells Gray Provincial Park.

Day 13 Wells Gray Provincial Park
Wells Gray Provincial Park is famous for wildlife (black bears, grizzlies, moose, mountain goats, caribou, wolves, cougar, etc.), waterfalls and wilderness. Check out Dawson Falls and Helmcken Falls, which plunge down into mist-filled gorges.

Day 14 Wells Gray Provincial Park – Lillooet (290 km)
While driving on Highway 97 and 99, you can experience BC’s historic gold rush past. This journey takes you past historic buildings, through unique geological landscapes, and to parts of the original Cariboo Wagon Road that were used by more than 10,000 pioneers during the 1860s.

Day 15 Lillooet – Whistler (130 km)
Drive through the scenic Coastal Mountains and stop at Duffey and Joffre Lakes with stunning views. Check out the mountain resort of Whistler.

Day 16 Whistler
A full day to check out the mountain resort of Whistler. Rent a bike or kayak, set out on a hike or take the Peak 2 Peak Gondola

Day 17 Whistler – Vancouver area (170km)
Drive the scenic Sea-to-Sky highway along the Pacific Ocean. Lots to see along this route, from waterfalls, a copper mine to beautiful vistas.

Day 18 Vancouver area – Delta (50km)
Today your tour comes to an end, return your motorhome and check in for your flight home.
